Breakfast Smoothie

This morning we had mango smoothies to help us get going with our day.

Ingredients:

  • whole milk
  • yogurt
  • oats
  • sugar (actually, I used sucanat)
  • frozen mango chunks

Steps:

Blend it all together. The way I do it it turns out quite thick, so some of us use spoons to help drink it.
